Listing your home with me maximizes the exposure your home receives  by exposing it to thousands of Realtors on a daily basis through my membership in the Middlesex County and Garden State Multiple Listing Systems (MLS).

At the listing appointment, I will have prepared a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of homes which are similar to yours, including Active, Attorney Review, Under Contract and Closed sales within the last six months. In most cases, most homes will not be exactly like yours, and factors like location, current market conditions, condition of your home, and your homes amenities, all influence the list price.

I am highly experienced in accounting for all these factors and recommending a list price which will be fair market value, especially under the current market conditions.

Once the listing agreement is prepared, I will explain the forms you are required to complete and sign.

 

I will also go over other items specific to your needs. This can include:

  • limiting showing times and days
  • the benefits of a lockbox
  • inclusions/exclusions to the sale
  • how an appointment to show your home is made
  • whether you want a For Sale sign

and any other needs or concerns you have.

Remember it is STILL your home, and we want you to be as comfortable as possible, with minimal inconvenience.
