Any agent can list your home for sale...it's getting is SOLD that counts!!
Today's buyer is internet savvy, and statistics show that over 80% of home buyers use the internet when beginning their home searches.
What that sets me apart from other agents, in addition to the tried and true marketing techniques, is my utilization of the many internet sites available for Real Estate Searches.
Your home will appear on most, if not all, of these websites:
- Backpage.com
- HotPads.com
- Local.com
- Lycos.com
- Oodle.com
- Trulia.com
- Zillow.com
- Cyberhomes.com
- Point2homes.com
- Google Base
- NYTimes.com
- Yahoo.com
- Homescape.com
- TheHousingPages.com
- Vast.com
- NewYorkListing.com
- Propbot.com
- House.com
- TheHousingPages.com
Some of the ways I market homes include:
1) Just Listed cards will be mailed.
2) Advertising for open houses, and For Sale ads will be composed and scheduled for insertion in many local and regional newspapers (like The Home News-Tribune, Star Ledger, Criterion, Surburban News, Atom Tabloid, Village Voice, Staten Island Advance and/or The NY Times*)
3) Brochures will be prepared for inside, and sometimes outside the home.
4) Schedule Broker Open House and Public Open House. Reminders will be sent to local agencies a day before they occur.
5) For Sale signs will be placed directing potential buyer to your home.
6) Your home will appear on ALL Prudential Real Estate websites, for buyers who search those sites directly.
7) Utilizing ListingEFlyer, a paid service where brochures about your home are emailed to 1000's of Realtors in a chosen radius.
Additionally, by being a member of the Middlesex County and Garden State Multiple Listing Systems (MLS), all homes for sale by a Broker become "shared", appearing on the MLS websites as well as other Brokers websites for people who search those sites as well.
* Examples of newspapers my company and I advertise in. Ads will not appear in every newspaper, nor will they be advertized every week.
